Raw material selection
Cement, aggregate, washed lagoon sand and reinforcing steel, available in Côte d’Ivoire.

Concrete preparation
A dosage of approximately 400 kg/m³ for electrical poles.

Moulding
Casting in metallic formwork.
04
Vibration
Vibration in the mould to achieve compaction.
05
Initial hardening
Approximately 24 hours before poles are demoulded.
06
Demoulding
Release from the formwork, or immediate demoulding for pressed blocks.
07
Curing
Approximately 28 days for poles to reach maturity. Up to 7 days for blocks.
08
Inspection
Check before release. Target strength of approximately 35 MPa for poles at maturity.
09
Delivery
Transport to site once maturity has been reached.
